I made an appt for the Trailblazer for the first oil change about 2 to 3 weeks ago. When I arrived Bruce could not find it on the work order sheet or in the computer. He said no problem we will get it in, and he did. We have bought 5 or 6 units from Lash and the reason we keep going back is the no pressure on the sales side and the service side. I want to thank Bruce (service), Mark(salesman) and Jason (our first salesman) and the Lash employees there for their help. If it was not for that, we would not drive from Somerset to purchase the units that we want, we would buy them closer to where we live.

I was able to get on the schedule quick for my oil change and tire rotation. The technician was quick and thorough with my truck. Explained my services and even went out of their way to get a quote for touch up paint for my truck! Always such a great friendly experience

New used car for daughter, 2018 Malibu, scheduled for transmission PM, schedule was a bit far off, in a mean time check engine light came on. Lash Chevy performed the service, needed two VVT solenoid valve, work looked good, but cost was somewhat over the high average for this work performed at a dealership, labor rate was long for a 30 min job. Parts price was OK.

Sales staff was great. We had to go back with the car because either the service department didn’t take the “Google” feature out of dealer mode or Google fail. At any rate Paul and Adam got it all worked out and trained us on how to set things up and properly use the car’s features.

Mark Gibson did a great job communicating the it's & outs of the 25 Tahoe. Service did a great job ascwell well as finance department. Most things went smoothly.

We had our Equinox towed in due to engine failure. The next morning we stopped by the shop,to our surprise a technician had already diagnosed a problem with the fuel tank module, the parts had just arrived. We continued on with our errands,two hours later we received the call our Equinox was ready.

Everything was handled very well and there was a 2026 that was in transit we were interested in and Mark Gibson kept us informed on expected delivery time and when it arrived we were able to purchase it right away. I wanted to get in earlier,but they were too busy. Thus I went on a three thousand mile driving vacation, which hot the car in for service with 9500 miles and the change oil light on the whole time. The reservation person at Lash said it would be okay. I assume it was. However, next time I need an oil change and they are too busy, I will be going to an instant oil change place and stay with them for the life of the car.

This is the third car I have purchased from Lash. They are wonderful and very friendly and considerate. They make it very easy and effective process. They are very easy to work with.

My wife and I are long time customers at Lash, dating back to 2012. When our salesman exited the business, we were hesitant to return. In our first interaction with Trevor’s Peters, he provided us with phenomenal service! Trevor is engaging and very knowledgeable. He created a effortless customer experience for both of us. When I first booked my appointment it was a week or so out .. no big deal until I got there and they said the diesel mechanic was on vacation… rescheduled .. the dealership recognized I was just out of warranty and took initiative to contact Chevy and fight for me to get the part covered which i appreciate! If I had a complaint, their communication was not great .. I was told it would be good by the end of the day, but got no updates along the way.. I finally called and they said no the part isn’t installed yet it should be sometime tomorrow … that makes it very difficult to plan arrangements and also affects my plans for the the next day that I had to reschedule. Some advance communication wouod have been helpful

I got running boards for my new Chevrolet. They installed them perfectly, but mis-judged the time it would take to complete the project, which resulted in my wasting some time. No biggie, but it could have been better. I would also comment that their customer waiting room is the smallest I've seen in a long time and the dealership looks dated.

After looking on line we saw that your Dealership had the 2026 Equinox in transit that we were looking for. So I filled out the request form of our intrest. Mark Gibson responded with a phone call. We talked about the colors we liked an made an appointment to see what was available right away. Mark had a two tone one in Cacti ready for us. He said he had a solid one and brought that around also. The one tone was the one we liked and Mark explained it's many features. So it was off for a test drive. Wow! The 2026 Equinox Activ checked all the boxes. Apon our return Mark had brought out a red one, of which was the color we first thought of. Took that out to compare. So next it was time to talk dollars with a trade and cash. The Cacti Activ was our pick. Azariah's paper work was quick and easy. Mark helped transfer our items from our trade to the Equinox and we were on the way home. Smooth no pressure sale, just as new vehicle buying should be. Thank you all.

My visit was to the Service Department. As usual, I was made to feel welcome. I explained my problem and the staff got to work on it. I was in need of a new tire. Taylor explained that my current model of tires had been discontinued and gave me several choices for replacement. She worked out the purchase and I picked up the tires the following day. No hassle, no problems, no waiting, and the friendliest, most knowledgeable crew I have ever dealt with. (I am a 12 year customer!)

Service was quicker than expected.

Failed to fix the problem after 2 attempts. Asked them to come pick the car up when they want to look at it again but said they are a small dealership & can’t have 2 people tied up coming to get our vehicle. I also don’t want to have 2 people tied up bringing the car to them for a 3rd attempt of fixing. Called GM customer assistance.

They got my truck in and tried to correct the radio problem. But it happened once yesterday and once so far today

Had a rather alarming & unexpected dashboard alert about steering assist while driving home from work, and, independently that same evening the cooling fan didn’t shut down but rather accelerated after engine shut off. At almost closing, Taylor at Lash Chevrolet Service was a calming and reassuring voice. Without an appointment. I was able to bring vehicle in next AM, and they kindly squeezed me in to look it over that day, had it repaired & back to me the following morning! Very customer service focused, very happy with kindness as well as expertise. Restores some of my faith in great customer service!

From start to finish my experience with Trevor at Lash Chevrolet was outstanding. On my first visit to see the Corvette in person he was incredibly personable and, most importantly, not pushy at all. He let me look over the car at my own pace, answered every question I had, and carried a genuinely enjoyable conversation across a wide range of topics. Have been having Lash service do all oil changes/maintenance on the 3 vehicles I've purchased from them in the last several years. I do miss the service team that was there previously. They were very personable. What I did not receive at my oil change/tire rotation yesterday (1/19) was a sheet that showed what was checked out with green/good, yellow/close to needing attention, and red/needs attention marked for different aspects of the vehicle. I miss that; it was reassuring for the condition of and planning for future maintenance needs.

Check-in was seamless as well as checkout. While this is not the closest GM dealership to me the customer service is definitely worth the drive!

Very efficient with helping service on my truck. Made more than an average effort to make my service a pleasant experience. Every staff person that assisted with my issue from manager, service advisor and tech made me feel like the issue would be corrected. My vehicle needed to remain overnight, and Lash dealership provided me with quick loaner vehicle service. Lash is a family-owned dealership that provides family style service and care. I have had no luck with GM franchise dealerships and their lack of caring and services. I drove the extra 50 miles to Lash to take care of my needs. I could of went only 5 miles but chose to drive the extra miles to get the service I want.

Waiting room no TV, no snacks so I like to walk around and look at the new trucks and they didn't have any LTZ on the lot an VERY few others to even look at ,stock very low
